Cathal Brennan discusses the Irish Civil War Fatality Project of University College Cork with John Dorney, who was one of the principle researchers.

This was the first systematic attempt to count the dead of the Civil War of 1922-23. First broadcast on the Irish History Show.

We discuss both the facts and figures of the project but also hat i means for our understanding of the traumatic end to the Irish revolutionary period.
