Hi,

Our family has started a local internet radio station for the Enfield area, and would like permission to use some of your Irish History show podcasts episodes as appropriate. We have a particular interest in marking events close to their anniversary.

We would propose using the entire mp3 and only editing out time sensitive material, or ensuring that listeners are not confused as to what station they have on without removing acknowledgement of Near FM.
It would be my hope that introducing the MP3 with thanks to you and Near FM whilst alerting listeners that time sensitive does not apply, will be sufficient as the work involved otherwise is quite onerous.
